House Plans?
I'm currently interested in this one, but there's only one drawing of the house plus some rough floor plans. http://www.houseplans.com/plan/2364-square-feet-4-bedrooms-2-bathroom-contemporary-house-plans-0-garage-34086Do you know of any existing homes built using these plans or something very close? There are also some that I like, but less:

Thanks for any help identifying these blueprints!
The Eichler Home Designed By A. Quincy Jones
I have lived in Seattle, New York, Portland and the Bay Area, where I currently reside with my wife, who is also a designer, and our 8 year old daughter. Living in the East Bay since 2007, we had been looking for a few years and never really wanted to pay $1M+ for a tiny 2 bedroom house, with no architectural charm in a good school district. Our Eichler - called Plan OJ-1184 - retains much of the original charm, some might call it "purist" so much so that some things have been updated (bathrooms and kitchen) while retaining the integrity of the original design. Imagine if you will, you're Don Draper holding a glass of scotch, with Miles Davis playing the Sonos in the living room, the glow of evening moonlight flooding the atrium, being able to see your family pass by.# Video | Eichler House Plans

An Easy Way To Find Eichler Home Plans
Still, here's something that might make finding your Eichler house plans easier, and it comes to us courtesy of the UC Berkeley Environmental Design Archive. The archive provided maps for "36 developments in six different regions of California, including Marin, the San Francisco Peninsula, Silicon Valley, South Bay, East Bay and Los Angeles," according to its website. “Researchers can now use the interactive map feature to find the development where a particular Eichler house is located, and site plans to determine the lot and model number. With this information, users can use the index of Oakland & Imada Collection Projects accessed from the Collection Info page to see if the archive contains documentation for a particular model.Paula Jaén, doctor. Many Eichler owners want to see blueprints for their models.
“The majority of inquiries come from property owners,” she says, “but we also get architectural historians and students studying suburban development.”
"A lot of people call with their address" when looking to find house plans, Marino says, "but that's not how we organize our materials. It's by the client's last name.
The online archive of sitemaps went live in December and saw an increase in public inquiries, Marino says. Maps of the Oakland and Imada sites can be found on the archives' "new Virtual Collections Portal," along with interactive maps that make it easy to find your neighborhood -- if yours is among the included tracts. For Eichler home owners who want to find materials for their home, they can find their lot on the site plan to determine their home's model number, then contact the Archives to see if/what other materials exist,” writes the archive on its website. As the records on his website suggest, Claude Oakland probably designed more Eichler homes than any other architect, not just as head of his own practice, but as an Eichler specialist for Anshen and Allen:
"Claude Oakland joined the architectural office of Anshen and Allen in San Francisco in 1950. "Soon after, Oakland began serving as the lead designer for Eichler Homes, Inc. Oakland remained the primary designer of housing estates and of housing estates at Anshen and Allen until 1960, when he left to start his own company, Claude Oakland & Associates, and took over the account from Anshen and Allen Eichler.
Plans developed by Oakland include some of the most unique for all Eichler homes, including "gallery" designs, high-top designs, and homes with multiple patios that feel as much a part of the home as the living room. "There is no way to digitize all of the Eichler plans and make them accessible."
"I think we're the first archive to do something like this with a developer like Eichler," Marino says, "to make it available online."

A Brand New Eichler Home? Now It’S Possible.
Between 1950 and 1974, Eichler Homes built more than 11,000 homes in nine Northern California communities and homes in three Southern California communities. KUD Properties offers these designs in the greater Palm Springs area, but we hope you can eventually get one anywhere you want…I'm especially excited about this because I've been a lifelong fan of Eichler homes, especially in due to their ranch-style MCM design and central atrium. For starters, they offer four floor plans between approximately 1800 and 2400 square feet plus an atrium and finished front and back lot with architectural pool.Eichler House Floor Plans

Joseph Eichler was the developer who, inspired by modernist architects like Richard Neutra and Frank Lloyd Wright, brought quality yet affordable architecture to American families post-war and throughout the mid-century period.# Images | Eichler House Plans
